Setup and monthly fees
The setup fee covers the agreed build, installation and initial revisions. The monthly fee begins when your chatbot goes live.
An AI reply is one response generated by your chatbot.
A conversation can contain several replies. Monthly allowances reset each month and do not roll over.
Standard integrations
A straightforward connection to a supported service, such as adding a consenting reader to a mailing list or emailing a signed-book enquiry. Compatibility is confirmed before you commit.
Content updates
A small update means up to 15 minutes changing existing information, links or instructions. New books, characters and workflows are quoted separately.
Additional work
Content changes and work outside your package are £30/hour, with a £15 minimum charge.
Extra usage
If you need more replies, we will agree the additional allowance and cost with you.

Prices cover a standard build using agreed source material. Large book collections, complex requirements, payment processing, order management and custom integrations receive a separate quote. Third-party subscriptions are additional.
